Rückerstattung & Refund Policy
1. Grundsätzliche Regelung
Eine Rückerstattung bereits gezahlter Beträge ist grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen, sobald die gebuchte Leistung begonnen oder der Zugang zu digitalen Inhalten freigeschaltet wurde. Dies gilt insbesondere für:
- Online-Ausbildungen und Zertifizierungsprogramme (z. B. CFC Practitioner, EDPlay Facilitator, Managementtrainer)
- Lizenzen (z. B. ColorFlowCycle™, EDPlay™)
- Digitale Produkte, Downloads und Handbücher
- Mitgliedschaften, Kurse und Live-Sessions
- Softwarezugänge oder Systemfreischaltungen
2. Vorzeitige Freischaltung digitaler Inhalte
Bei digitalen Inhalten, die unmittelbar nach Zahlung freigeschaltet werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Ausführung gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. Eine Rückerstattung nach erfolgter Freischaltung ist nicht möglich.
Vor der Freischaltung bestätigen Sie im Bestellprozess:
„Ich stimme ausdrücklich zu, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird. Mir ist bekannt, dass ich mit Beginn der Ausführung mein Widerrufsrecht verliere.“
3. Stornierung vor Freischaltung
Erfolgt der Widerruf oder eine Stornierung vor Beginn der Nutzung oder Freischaltung, werden bereits geleistete Zahlungen abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50 € innerhalb von 14 Tagen erstattet.
4. Laufende Mitgliedschaften
Monatlich kündbare Mitgliedschaften können jederzeit zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums beendet werden. Eine anteilige Rückerstattung bereits gezahlter Beiträge ist ausgeschlossen.
5. Seminare und Präsenzveranstaltungen
Stornobedingungen für Präsenzveranstaltungen:
- bis 30 Tage vor Beginn: Rückerstattung abzüglich 10 % Verwaltungsgebühr
- bis 14 Tage vor Beginn: 50 % Rückerstattung
- ab 13 Tage vor Beginn: keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich
Die Stornierung muss schriftlich erfolgen (E-Mail an hello@deepthinkhuman.com). Umbuchung auf späteren Termin in Ausnahmefällen möglich.
6. Technische Störungen
Sollte ein technischer Defekt oder Ausfall der Plattform (MemberPress, BuddyBoss, Stripe) dazu führen, dass die gebuchte Leistung nicht nutzbar ist, wird die Anbieterin den Zugang unverzüglich wiederherstellen oder eine Ersatzleistung anbieten. Ein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung besteht nur, wenn die Leistung endgültig nicht erbracht werden kann.
7. Sonderfälle
In Härtefällen (z. B. Krankheit, Todesfall im nahen Umfeld, längere Arbeitsunfähigkeit) kann auf Kulanzbasis eine Teilrückerstattung oder Gutschrift gewährt werden. Schriftlicher Antrag mit Nachweis an: contact@dth-group.com
8. Rückzahlungen
Rückzahlungen erfolgen über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel der ursprünglichen Transaktion. Bearbeitungszeit: 14 Tage nach schriftlicher Bestätigung.

1. General Rule
Refunds of amounts already paid are generally excluded once the booked service has begun or access to digital content has been activated. This applies in particular to:
- Online training programmes and certification courses (e.g. CFC Practitioner, EDPlay Facilitator, Management Trainer)
- Licences (e.g. ColorFlowCycle™, EDPlay™)
- Digital products, downloads and manuals
- Memberships, courses and live sessions
- Software access or system activations
2. Early Activation of Digital Content
For digital content activated immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance (§ 356 para. 5 BGB). No refund is possible after activation.
Prior to activation, you confirm in the ordering process:
„I expressly agree that performance of the contract shall begin before the withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.“
3. Cancellation Before Activation
If withdrawal or cancellation occurs before commencement of use or activation, payments already made will be refunded within 14 days, minus a processing fee of €50.
4. Ongoing Memberships
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds of amounts already paid are excluded.
5. Seminars and In-Person Events
Cancellation conditions for in-person events:
- Up to 30 days before: refund minus 10% administration fee
- Up to 14 days before: 50% refund
- 13 days or fewer before: no refund possible
Cancellation must be made in writing (email to hello@deepthinkhuman.com). Rebooking may be possible in exceptional cases.
6. Technical Faults
If a technical fault or platform outage (MemberPress, BuddyBoss, Stripe) prevents use of the booked service, we will restore access immediately or offer an equivalent. A right to a refund exists only if the service cannot ultimately be provided.
7. Special Cases
In cases of hardship (illness, bereavement, extended incapacity), a partial refund or credit may be granted as a goodwill gesture. Written request with documentation to: contact@dth-group.com
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed via the same payment method as the original transaction. Processing time: 14 days after written confirmation.

Les remboursements des montants déjà payés sont en principe exclus dès lors que la prestation réservée a commencé ou que l'accès aux contenus numériques a été activé. Cela s'applique notamment aux :
- Formations en ligne et programmes de certification (ex. CFC Practitioner, EDPlay Facilitator, formateur en management)
- Licences (ex. ColorFlowCycle™, EDPlay™)
- Produits numériques, téléchargements et manuels
- Abonnements, cours et sessions en direct
- Accès aux logiciels ou activations de systèmes
2. Activation anticipée des contenus numériques
Pour les contenus numériques activés immédiatement après paiement, le droit de rétractation expire dès le début de l'exécution (§ 356 al. 5 BGB). Aucun remboursement n'est possible après activation.
Avant l'activation, vous confirmez lors du processus de commande :
« J'accepte expressément que l'exécution du contrat commence avant l'expiration du délai de rétractation. Je reconnais que je perdrai mon droit de rétractation dès le début de l'exécution. »
3. Annulation avant activation
Si la rétractation ou l'annulation intervient avant le début de l'utilisation ou de l'activation, les paiements déjà effectués seront remboursés dans les 14 jours, déduction faite de frais de traitement de 50 €.
4. Abonnements en cours
Les abonnements mensuels peuvent être résiliés à tout moment avec effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Les remboursements au prorata sont exclus.
5. Séminaires et événements en présentiel
Conditions d'annulation pour les événements en présentiel :
- Jusqu'à 30 jours avant : remboursement moins 10 % de frais administratifs
- Jusqu'à 14 jours avant : remboursement à 50 %
- À partir de 13 jours avant : aucun remboursement possible
Annulation par écrit (e-mail à hello@deepthinkhuman.com). Changement de date possible dans des cas exceptionnels.
6. Défaillances techniques
Si une défaillance technique (MemberPress, BuddyBoss, Stripe) empêche l'utilisation de la prestation réservée, le prestataire rétablira l'accès immédiatement ou proposera une prestation de remplacement. Un droit au remboursement n'existe que si la prestation ne peut définitivement pas être fournie.
7. Cas particuliers
Dans les cas de force majeure (maladie, décès d'un proche, incapacité de travail prolongée), un remboursement partiel ou un avoir peut être accordé à titre de geste commercial. Demande écrite avec justificatif à : contact@dth-group.com
8. Traitement des remboursements
Les remboursements sont effectués via le même moyen de paiement que la transaction initiale. Délai de traitement : 14 jours après confirmation écrite.

I rimborsi degli importi già pagati sono in linea di principio esclusi non appena il servizio prenotato è iniziato o l'accesso ai contenuti digitali è stato attivato. Ciò si applica in particolare a:
- Programmi di formazione online e certificazione (es. CFC Practitioner, EDPlay Facilitator, Management Trainer)
- Licenze (es. ColorFlowCycle™, EDPlay™)
- Prodotti digitali, download e manuali
- Abbonamenti, corsi e sessioni live
- Accesso a software o attivazione di sistemi
2. Attivazione anticipata di contenuti digitali
Per i contenuti digitali attivati immediatamente dopo il pagamento, il diritto di recesso decade con l'inizio dell'esecuzione (§ 356 co. 5 BGB). Nessun rimborso è possibile dopo l'attivazione.
Prima dell'attivazione, confermate nel processo d'ordine:
«Acconsento espressamente a che l'esecuzione del contratto inizi prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso. Sono a conoscenza del fatto che perderò il mio diritto di recesso con l'inizio dell'esecuzione.»
3. Annullamento prima dell'attivazione
Se il recesso o l'annullamento avviene prima dell'inizio dell'utilizzo o dell'attivazione, i pagamenti già effettuati saranno rimborsati entro 14 giorni, deducendo una spesa di elaborazione di 50 €.
4. Abbonamenti in corso
Gli abbonamenti mensili possono essere disdetti in qualsiasi momento con effetto dalla fine del periodo di fatturazione in corso. I rimborsi pro-rata sono esclusi.
5. Seminari ed eventi in presenza
Condizioni di cancellazione per gli eventi in presenza:
- Fino a 30 giorni prima: rimborso meno 10% di spese amministrative
- Fino a 14 giorni prima: rimborso del 50%
- Da 13 giorni prima in poi: nessun rimborso possibile
Cancellazione per iscritto (e-mail a hello@deepthinkhuman.com). Cambio di data possibile in casi eccezionali.
6. Problemi tecnici
Se un guasto tecnico (MemberPress, BuddyBoss, Stripe) impedisce l'utilizzo del servizio prenotato, ripristineremo l'accesso immediatamente o offriremo un servizio sostitutivo. Il diritto al rimborso sussiste solo se il servizio non può essere fornito definitivamente.
7. Casi speciali
In casi di difficoltà (malattia, lutto, prolungata incapacità lavorativa), può essere concesso un rimborso parziale o un credito come gesto di buona volontà. Richiesta scritta con documentazione a: contact@dth-group.com
8. Elaborazione dei rimborsi
I rimborsi vengono elaborati tramite lo stesso metodo di pagamento della transazione originale. Tempo di elaborazione: 14 giorni dalla conferma scritta.
