The DeepThinkHuman Group develops models, methods and systems that support people in remaining capable of action in complex environments and in actively shaping the future.
We work at the intersection of psychology, system logic and human development, with the aim of making organisations, educational institutions and societal fields more human, more stable and future-ready.
WHY WE ARE NEEDED
Our world is changing faster than many structures can keep pace with.
People increasingly find themselves in roles where they are expected primarily to function rather than to shape and create. As a result, essential human resources – such as creativity, courage, empathy, clarity and decision-making capacity – remain unused.
At the same time, organisations, schools and social systems are becoming increasingly complex.
DeepThinkHuman seeks to provide orientation here: through models that make it understandable how people can remain effective within modern systems.

Self-Authenticating Mirror Method (SSM)
SSM is the overarching model that shows how people gain inner clarity, recognise themselves and act from an authentic inner stance.
It forms the foundation for the ColorFlowCycle and EDPlay and connects self-perception, emotional clarity and authentic behaviour into a simple yet profound developmental process.
The ColorFlowCycle (CFC)
makes human developmental processes visible and measurable.
EDPlay
creates experiential spaces for practising agency and inner stability.
Human Stability
describes the ability to remain clear and self-effective in times of uncertainty.
With HRflow, we develop digital systems that support and make these processes accessible.
All models are designed to remain easy to understand while being scientifically compatible.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

The DeepThinkHuman Group was founded by Simone Unger.
Her work is based on a distinctive understanding of how people think, feel and act within systems – and how these dynamics can be made visible.
From this perspective, she developed the ColorFlowCycle, EDPlay and the concept of Human Stability.
Her focus: creating solutions that strengthen people and make modern systems more human.
