DTHgroup develops systems that make human functional logic visible – neutral, scientifically grounded and without any form of manipulation or psychological intervention.
Our objective is to support individuals, teams and organisations in acting with greater clarity, working in a healthier manner and developing consciously.

We operate according to strict ethical principles and comply with the requirements of the CSRD, the ESRS standards (S1/S2) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


1. Value-Neutral Analysis – No Evaluation of Individuals

We do not measure personality.

We do not make statements about suitability, character or mental health.

Our models display functional logic, not evaluation.

All results serve orientation purposes only – never control.


2. No Manipulation, No Suggestion, No Intervention

Our systems:

  • do not influence emotions
  • do not use coaching techniques
  • do not alter beliefs
  • do not bypass protective mechanisms
  • never interfere with psychological processes

All processes are based on self-reported inputs, voluntary reflection and purely data-based patterns.


3. Scientifically Grounded, Auditable Data

All generated indicators are:

  • traceable
  • consistent
  • transparent
  • objectively calculable
  • audit-compliant in accordance with CSRD requirements

This enables comparability, reproducibility and verifiability – without interpretation and without subjective assessment.


4. Protection of Employees

We:

  • respect the integrity of every individual
  • apply no pressure, coercion or expectation
  • clearly state that results do not indicate performance, quality or capabilities
  • never work against natural protective systems

Participation in reflection and measurement is voluntary at all times.


5. Clear Delimitation from Psychotherapy & Psychology

DTHgroup provides:

  • no diagnoses,
  • no psychological interventions,
  • no therapy,
  • no mental techniques,
  • and no personality analyses.

Our systems are structural functional models, not psychological methods.


6. Transparency & Traceability

All individuals understand:

  • why data is collected
  • what it means and what it does not mean
  • how it is used within the organisation
  • how long it is stored
  • how it can be deleted

There are no hidden processes, no concealed algorithms and no backdoors.


7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

  • data is processed in encrypted form
  • no data is shared with third parties
  • each organisation remains the autonomous data controller

Employees retain at all times:

  • the right of access
  • the right to erasure
  • the right to withdraw consent
  • the right to restriction of processing

We never store:

  • identities
  • sensitive data
  • psychological diagnoses
  • health data
