DTHgroup – Systemic Transformation for People and Organizations
Status: October 2025

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of physical products), or
  • in the case of contracts for services or digital content, from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Simone Unger – DTHgroup

Germany
Email: contact@dth-group.com

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service or access to digital content should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your express consent and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Section 356 (5) German Civil Code – BGB);
  • for the provision of services (e.g. online training programmes, coaching services, licences), if the service has been fully performed and you have expressly consented in advance that performance begins before expiry of the withdrawal period;
  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
