The situation
The system
is at its limit.
The German School Barometer of the Robert Bosch Foundation documents both sides: the emotional exhaustion of teachers and the growing psychological stress of pupils. Both have the same root. And both can be treated at the same place.
Teachers
Permanent exhaustion with no way out
Restlessness, conflicts, heterogeneous classes — teachers moderate more than they teach. Existing prevention programmes are too complex for daily use and fail to reach the most exhausted.
Pupils
Dysregulated nervous systems block learning
Every fourth child in Germany is psychologically stressed. Concentration problems, impulsivity and emotional flooding are not a discipline issue — they are neurological reality. Reprimands and rules do not reach a dysregulated nervous system.

Missing instruments for structural prevention
Members need concrete tools, not more brochures. Previous offerings fail on applicability. What is missing: a system that works during normal operations — without extra effort.

A company takes it on
A company from the region funds the classes. Where no connection exists yet, we make the introduction.

Agreement in place
Scope and duration are recorded between company, school and DTH. The school signs nothing that costs it anything.

Programme starts
Portal access and materials are included. The funded classes produce anonymised before-and-after indicators.
The school never bears any cost. Without a funding company the programme does not start.
